We're now looking for a CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manager to oversee our CRM system from a business relationship and technology perspective. Supporting our user base globally, you'll ensure they have the right platform, data and analytics to support commercial activities and decisions. As the CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manager, you will: - Handle new requests, change management, upgrades, new data source integration, testing and deployments
- Deliver new solutions and upgraded solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, both online and on premise
- Manage user access and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Advise business users on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
- Write technical specifications for planned work
- Support the resolution of development issues To join us as a CRM / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manager, you will need: - Previous global or regional CRM management experience, including experience of supporting Microsoft Dynamics, Click Dimensions 365 modules and SQL
- Experience of leading, implementing and working on CRM upgrades, integrations and utilisation
- Previous experience of writing reports and dashboards within a CRM
- Experience of designing and building performance dashboards across various datasets
- Previous experience with Power BI or a similar analytics application
- Strong database querying skills, ideally SQL
- The ability to create dashboards and reporting to drive increased business performance and adoption of a CRM
