Desktop Support Technician - Windows / MAC OS

My client based in central London are currently looking to recruit a Desktop Support Technician on a initial 3 month part time basis.

My client delivers technology-enabled services & fuels digital transformation for some of the worlds largest companies.

Your role and responsibilities:

*You have experience using ITSM Systems to properly respond to service incidents and requests related to defined service activities.

*You must be proactive in mastering all aspects of service delivery processes, communication style, and the delivery of an awesome customer experience.

*You will collaborate within the broader IT customer experience team, as well as extended IT organization to ensure the highest level of customer support and experience.

*You will support the Subject Matter Expert iteratively working on continual Service improvement activities.

Your experience and qualifications:

*Minimum 3-4 years of general IT support experience within a high-volume technology environment.

*Possess the ability to assist with a variety of issues and concerns, including but not limited to applications, hardware, security, mobile technologies.

*Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Mac OSX, Linux Fundamentals, Hardware Level troubleshooting, Hardware Installation, Upgrades.

*Strong knowledge of hardware (desktop/laptop) deployment methods using an image deployment tool

Preferred (but not required) experience and qualifications:

*ITIL V3 Certification

*Windows 10 Certification (MS 680 &/or 53301)

*Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) Certification
