They are now looking for an Engineering Manager to drive the business forward, introduce new product lines and enhance capabilities.In this varied role you will be responsible for leading the Engineering department through a range of projects working with design engineers to develop and validate new products. You will work to solve product issues through design, test and manufacturing aiming to deliver the highest quality. Additionally you will work with the R&D team to create new and innovative product lines.The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing or production background and have a skills in leadership and mechanical design. * Proven ability to lead and develop teams of engineers

* Experience in mechanical design
