The Junior Digital Marketing Executive Role:
You will be responsible for delivering digital marketing initiatives that meet customer acquisition and retention objectives and help to take our inbound marketing strategy to the next level. In this role, you will use all available digital channels to manage our online presence with a focus on search marketing, social media and programmatic activities to support the marketing plan. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, project management and organisational skills with experience of driving traffic, running successful search campaigns and creating compelling analytics.
Responsibilities of the role:
+ Website Administration - Creating, updating and publishing web pages
+ Organic Search (SEO) to help improve the visibility of our website in search results ensuring all backlinks created through PR and other marketing activities are done to Google best practice and positively impact SERPS rankings
+ Search Engine Marketing - Paid-Search (PPC & Re-Targeting), Digital Display Ads and Paid-Social (LinkedIn, Twitter)
+ Social Media Marketing: Drafting, scheduling and publishing content to social media platforms in order to boost brand awareness and stakeholder engagement
+ Social listening to assist in building online communities
+ Develop and launch an Employee Engagement Programme across social media platforms
+ Data Analysis (Web analytics reporting/Social Media Monitoring) with detailed monthly reports to gain insights into online behaviour and media attribution models
+ Work with the Content Marketing Managers to ensure all new content is SEO optimised to achieve greater conversion rates
+ A passion for digital marketing with experience of working either client side or agency side
+ Experience of driving Social Media & Employee Engagement programmes
+ Expertise in managing effective campaigns across Google Search (Keyword targeting) & Display Networks (Audience targeting)
+ Experience of managing Paid Social strategies and familiar with social media platforms
+ Previous experience of providing SEO analysis that inform future campaigns (SEO Audits)
+ Website reporting including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, MOZ or SEMRush
+ Experience using CMS (WordPress)
+ 2+ years working in a digital marketing role
