£23,000 to 26,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Holiday + PensionExcellent opportunity for a IT support Technician with experience working in a manufacturing environment to join an expanding reputable company in a varied and interesting position.This company is a well-respected environmentally friendly manufacturer. This is an ambitious company and through growth they are looking to integrate a skilled IT Support technician in to the business as a part of a small team as they continue to expand and look to diversify their portfolio.In this varied role you will provide a range of 1st line and 2nd line IT support to all members of the business. Within the team you will be expected to demonstrate methodical problem solving skills, while using analytic skills with both hardware and software. The candidate will be required to be switched on and be hard working, while getting stuck in and hands-on with their role.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 1st Line / 2nd Line IT Support Technician role. Ideally from a manufacturing environment. Experience with Microsoft and Cisco is beneficial.This is an amazing opportunity to join a market leading family orientated business, in an interesting and varied role.The role:

*Part of a family orientated business

*1st line and 2nd line IT Support

*Be the first point of contact for IT issues in a complex, fast paced, 24/7 environment

*Administration of MS Navision 2018R2 using SQL

*Management of their Mobotix CCTV system and website

*Creation and maintenance of new/existing users in MS Active Directory and MS Exchange

*Train existing and new users to efficiently use their PC, including how to access the network remotely via VPN or RDPThe Person:

*Experience in an IT Support role (1st line, 2nd line, 3rd line).

*Experience working in a manufacturing environment highly beneficial

*Any Microsoft or Cisco qualification preferred
