My client is an award winning agency based in Cheltenham seeking an experienced Magento 2 Developer with a passion for building ecommerce websites, web development using the LAMP stack and working in a collaborative environment.Client DetailsI am working with a digital agency founded in 2000, with offices in both Cheltenham and London. They are looking for someone with great communication and technical skills to work in a close-knit and collaborative environment. DescriptionYou will be responsible for:Building bespoke Magento websites (Magento 2)Creating Magento modulesServer optimisation and managementMaintaing and updating security of websitesWorking to bespoke technical specificationsProfileYou will have:Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, LESS and JavaScriptExperience of Magento 2 in real life commercial environmentsKnowledge of Magento 2 platform server optimisationExperience with version control toolsAn understanding and comfort in working in a Linux server environment managing server configuration Soft skills:Great communicationn skills, both written and verbalComfortable being client facingAbility to work under pressure and to deadlineBe able to collaborate with a close-knit team that share the same passions as you!Job OfferIn return, you will receive:A competitive salary of between £40,000-50,000 per annumAnnual pay reviewsPension schemeBonus schemeCentral working location, commutable from Gloucester, Oxford, Swindon and South Wales
