Project Manager - SaaS Customer facing Project Manager role. You will be facilitating workshops with clients and reporting back requirements to HQ.Client DetailsThe client is a world leader in AI and Machine Learning. They have recently acquired a significant amount of investment from Venture Capitalists. Based in West Midlands.DescriptionAbility to contribute at all stages of a customer project from pre-sales, implementation and customer training, to post go-live ROI Track, report and deliver revenue recognition targets Demonstrate understanding of project milestones and the project plan Able to manage project documentation to HQ standard through project lifecycle including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) logs and Risk register/scoring Ensure or assist the identification of issues and risks and where appropriate, assists in their mitigation Ensure or assist in the delivery of solutions using HQ's operating model and operating standards. Demonstrate and maintain effective communication with stakeholders - both internal and external Assist in the promotion of the culture and working ethos ProfileEssential:Self-sufficent Project Manager Experience in SaaS sector Ability to manage multiple projects for executive level stakeholders Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders under pressure Prince2 or Agile qualification Desirable:Finance background Job Offer£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits
