DIGITAL ANALYTICS MANAGER/ DIGITAL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT/ DIGITAL CUSTOMER CENTRICITY/ DIGITAL MEASUREMENT/ FINANCIAL SERVICES

6 Months initial Contract (Likely Extensions) £500-600Per Day PAYE London A Digital Analytics Manager is required by our Global Financial Services client for an initial 6 month contract based in London. The Digital Design team sets the guidance for Digital and Social Media teams to ensure that the Digital experience offered to customers and prospects is consistent and aligned to the organisations brand and business objectives. It has a crucial role in ensuring that there is a proactive and appropriate response to the challenges set by the business, within the context of existing and prospective customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Championing the effective measurement of customer experience and engagement through the Digital channels using tools such as Tealium IQ, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
  • Effective Digital measurement and analytical best practice to deliver the commercial plans for the Digital channels across digital transformation programmes
  • Defining and establishing standards in Digital performance measurement and analytics, which will support the identification for journey improvement (from suspect to post-boarded customers)
  • Supporting the global, regional and local channel, business and IT teams by delivering global standard tools for measurement and analysis of Digital channel performance across all devices
  • Supporting communication of opportunities across regions and supporting colleagues in the co-ordination and implementation of changes to Digital customer experience and functionality to fill the gaps in regional/entity underperformance
  • Driving a culture of engineered performance based upon a foundation of excellent knowledge management

Role Dimension:

  • The role is responsible for establishing a culture of Digital customer centricity
  • It will support the delivery of tools to enable efficient measurement of Digital channels performance and associated customer behaviours
  • These solutions are used to identify commercial optimisation opportunities
  • Accountable for Digital performance measurement innovation at a global level
  • Supporting through personal leadership across functional and market teams with no direct line responsibility for those individuals
