Technical Author - 6 months - Hertfordshire

Financial client is looking for a Technical Author who will have the ability to analyse and document services from the top down. This role is required to fill a critical gap in Platform and Architecture service maintenance.

This involves cataloguing the service as delivered to the customer, the business service, describing the IT components and their function involved in delivery of the service, highlighting the communication between those components and finally illustrating the mechanisms in place to ensure high availability.

Experience Required:

- Understanding networking/computing platforms/databases -(tech solution background)- Business analysis skills (from a process flow perspective)

- MC Visio
