Have you worked on building ASR systems from scratch?Do you have a passion to work in speech recognition?
We are looking for experienced Speech Recognition Engineers to work in Cambridge, there are both mid level and senior roles available at this cutting edge, extremely well funded company.
Responsibilities
Research and development of improved speed and accuracy across our range of world-leading ASR productsDelivering the software that provides an easy-to-use feature rich ASR product for our customersEnhancing our machine learning framework that robustly builds any language with the best possible performanceWorking closely with other technical teams and Product team to deliver on the company's technical vision
Essential
Knowledge of key natural language processing or related technologies, such as speech recognition, text-to-speech or natural language understandingExperience working with standard speech toolkits, e.g. Kaldi,KenLM, TensorFlow, etc.Solid Python programming skillsExperience using Unix/LinuxExcellent teamwork and communications skillsDesirable
Postgraduate degree in related disciplineExperience of working in an agile frameworkExpertise in modern speech recognition, including WFSTs, lattice processing, neural net (RNN/DNN/LSTM), acoustic and language models, decodingDeep expertise in Python and/or C++ software development
