A leading developer of communications systems (Satcoms, Ultra-fast Broadband, SDR etc.) urgently seeks a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to be based at their R+D Centre in Munich. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will be responsible (both individually and part of a team) for developing embedded software under Linux and RTOS in C and C++ for the next generation of these exciting products. The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will also be responsible for mentoring more junior Engineers.After achieving a good degree in Computer Science (or equiv.) you will have spent the last couple of years honing your embedded C skills. Your skills will have been gained developing software at hardware interface, below the operating system or within a Linux or RTOS environment. Any exposure to Matlab /Simulink would be a benefit.
