Our Higher Education Institution are currently looking for a CRM DATA Executive to assist the data management/maintenance, system and campaign activity support for the Customer Relationship Management system. ResponsibilitiesAssist the management of data, database administration and data exchange operational tasks in accordance with CRM data policies and procedures.Assist with the development and maintenance of data standards ensuring recognised quality assurance standards, processes and legislative compliance are adopted. This includes routine maintenance and data cleansing tasks within the CRM system, such as applying updates, de-duplication, suppression, deactivation.Develop, build, test and quality assure system and new marketing workflow templates.Supporting end users, cleanse and validate data files and subsequently important into CRM.Process internal business support task requests, such as bulk data updates, data errors, data interface mappings.Working with external suppliers and the wider marketing teams, liaise with staff at all levels to source quality relevant data.Using data held within the CRM system assist with data analysis, interpretation and collation for operations management and incident resolution.Assist user set-up, monitoring of user access and record ownership.Assist the delivery of designated minor system developments.Working with the wider team, provide a help desk offering first-line support and case resolution to new and existing users of the CRM and associated third party systems including day-to-day advice, guidance, query handling and case resolution for CRM system usage, data and marketing lists.
