Here at Spring Technology we have an exciting new opportunity. We are currently recruiting for 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analysts working for one of our leading clients based in Warwick on an initial 3 month contract with the likelihood of extension.
3 Month Contract
£15.85 per hour (inside IR35) - 37 hour week
Location: Warwick town centre
Role:
Looking for 1st / 2nd Line support experience, device support for mobile phones, desktops, laptops and general hardware.
*Dealing with day to day break-fix issues
*Deliver/install/upgrade desktops and laptops to schools across the county (access to own car essential)
*Install/Configure printers as required
*Carry out routine monitoring, logging and reporting tasks, taking defined action where appropriate
*Provide advice and resolving IT issues where possible and escalating unresolved calls where necessary
*Liaise with 3rd party companies on behalf of our customers
*Assist users to make more effective use of systems, products and services, making detailed diagnosis of problems and advising known solutions where applicable
