Training and development will be offered to the successful candidate.This is the perfect opportunity for an IT engineer looking to be exposed to the industries latest technologies whilst working with a small, friendly and fun business!The role:* MacOS / windows environment

* Ticket management / Service desk / Remote and some face to face support / 2nd / 3rd line

* Desktops, mobile, laptops, iPhone, iPad, Macs, emails, active directory, phones.

* Working with a wide range of industries and end clients

* Working in an elite small team of likeminded specialists

* Technical career progression supported by formal training

The Person;* Experience in a macOS / windows environment

* ideally Jamf experience or qualification

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Organised and eager to learn

* Ability to prioritise work and work independently
