Business Intelligence / Technical write / Case management / Visio / Presentations / ULM / Audiences / Contract - Daventry - £200 - £400

Responsibilities:

*To look at our current Case Management System & summarise how it works

*Review the processes and talk to stakeholders

*Plan and create workflow modelling (using visio) to be able to build a new case management system

Must Haves:

* Good knowledge of information system matters

* Good understanding of medium to large organisation administrative business processes

* Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity-relationship model.)

* Good knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Management) or ULM or other.

* Capability to speak to business and technical audiences

* the capacity to give high-level presentations

* Ability to apply high-quality standards

* Excellent Attention to detail.

* excellent communication ( written and spoken)
