Desk Based Project Manager - Implementation, Telecoms

Spring technology are currently working in partnership with a leading telecommunications company to recruit an Implementation manager to join their existing thriving team within Hatfield.

Hatfield

£25k - £30k

As an implementation manager you will be the desk based point of contact for new customers. You will plan, setup and implement them onto the innovative solution the company prides itself on.

General day to day tasks include setting up the customers solution in the system, managing number porting requests and providing support for the customer in every aspect of the implementation

Key Responsibilities

*Working independently to successfully implement the hosted telephony solution

*Provisioning mobile, fixed line and PBX solutions including configuring the set up to the customers requirements

*Manage the entire number porting process for mobile and fixed lines

*Take ownership of customer issues and problems that could impact the successful deployment of the solution

*Collaboration with internal teams, field based project managers and suppliers throughout the implementation process

You will need

*Previous experience within the telecommunication sector is essential for this role, ideally within implementation or provisioning but could also be in a more hands on technical capacity

*Knowledge and experience around telecoms concepts such as number porting, hunt groups, SIP, PBX, Fixed line and Mobile

*Previous project experience either within a management capacity or a coordinator capacity on telecoms specific projects

*Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management will be needed with an ability to explain technical concepts to a non technical audience

*Organised and a strong ability to manage your own time, deadlines and be proactive
