Support Analyst (Field support)

Liverpool

£16- 20 per hourA Field Support Analyst is required for our public sector client based in Liverpool.

Role Profile

You must have the ability to support a variety of ICT hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners and other peripheral devices. The ideal candidate must have excellent communications skills and be experienced in supporting Microsoft Office products and Windows desktop operating systems. Experience of installation, configuration and fault diagnosis for client software and IT hardware. Essential criteria:- -The person must be self-motivating and able to work without supervision

-Experience with- Software Installations, Printer drivers, MS Office, Active Directory

-IT User Support experience

-IT Hardware Installation and configuration

-Diagnosis and rectification of client hardware and software faults

-Image building for laptops and desktop computers

-Physical delivery and installation of IT hardware

-Knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 desktop operating systems, a variety of printers and scanners.

Desirable criteria:-

-Previous experience in enterprise organisation with 5,000+ users

-ITIL Basis Foundation qualification
