Location - Birmingham (Frequent travel to London)We are actively looking to secure a Test Lead to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients. We are passionate about training, technology and career development. Role outlineWe are looking for a Test Lead who can work across multiple projects. You will take ownership of integration testing, Test Plans, Test Cases on behalf of an authority. Main responsibilities: Build early Integration Test plans, Test cases, Execute tests to derisk SIT/E2E/UATEngage with authorities, suppliers to build integrated test plan, test cases and provide test assuranceLead the Planning of performance testing.Lead Perf tester to get requirements base-lined, build volumetric, set up tooling, build test plans and Test casesAssist in performance testing plans, get requirements base-lined, build volumetric, set up tooling, build test plans and Test casesLead execution tests and reporting along with Senior Test AnalystSanity check the environments in readiness.Produce reports and MetricsEssential SkillsHave proven experience of leading the Planning of performance testing.Experience building Test plans and Test casesAbility to take ownership for your work, build and provide the test strategyExcellent Supplier engagementExperience leading execution tests and progress reporting Share knowledge of tools and techniques with your wider teamExperience of Defect Management, Triage, Risk Analysis, Dashboards.Experience of Non-functional Testing Technical skills: Jira, Confluence, Postman, ALMIf you have the above skills, please submit your CV in the first instance
