This company is on the lookout for a proactive and credible Tech Co-ordinator on behalf of a leading restaurant business to come on board to own their IT systems and be the primary point of contact for all tech queries.

It's a full-time position based in Shoreditch, although work will sometimes be carried out in their restaurants. They truly are a great place to work and have been voted in the top 20 companies to work for in the Sunday Times Top 100.

They are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual, who will have at least 3 years' experience working in a helpdesk role within a fast pace environment. You'll possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain relationships with colleagues and suppliers. You must be organised, have excellent time management skills and be aware of the need for client focus and confidentiality. You'll have a strong attention to detail and a 'can-do attitude'.

Reporting to the CFO and having support from consultants, you'll be working in a small team and will provide support and technical assistance to teams regarding the general network and end user PC, Macs, printer and telephone issues. You'll also provide support to the cafes ensuring that the IT systems and hardware is in working condition.

- Maintain and Manage a robust "Help" arm for staff

- Ensure inter-department integration flows

- Monitor and manage the integrity of the IT infrastructure

- Ensuring Google Apps (G Suite) user security, permissions at top level are accurate to allow correct and appropriate visibility

- GDPR compliance

- Manage the online reservation system

- Manage setting up all new users and on to relevant IT systems, and maintenance of user group across the business

- Manage IT contracts & IT hardware across the cafes and at HO

- Investigating new IT initiatives that enhance business and supporting all departments to utilise well

- Support the integration of all new IT initiatives

- Other tasks as your line manager requests

Experience and success within an IT support and helpdesk role - you understand the role you play, you've handled a stack of challenging scenarios and you're well versed in working in a fast paced environment.

Bags of gravitas and credibility: you use your experience to take decisive action, make clear recommendations and give great advice. People trust you.

You're a doer: always proactive and you thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment - always spotting what needs to be done and doing it.

Systems experience: you're a whiz when it comes to Google Apps (G suite) and Microsoft suite.

Maverick flair: you want to do things better (and differently when needed!). You can think up fresh, creative and simple solutions that will help them better use tech.

Supplier management: working collaboratively with supplier you know how to build strong relationships and ensure they are always thought well of by businesses they work with.
