Forecasting Business Analyst Salary - Up to £45,000Location - Liverpool, office basedPermanent position, no sponsorship providedJob Description:Under the direction of the Resource Planning Manager, has the responsibility for ensuring that optimal Operational long term and medium term forecasts are in place for all variable labour areas, in order to execute the plan and achieve Contact Centre and Distribution Service and Cost KPIs. Develop and implement statistical forecast models to increase forecasting accuracy, constantly reviewing output to identify opportunities for enhancements.Technical skill set required: SQLRcodingPL/SQLPythonAccess/ExcelSAS (Desirable)Azure (Desirable)Main responsibilities Forecasting and planning - 30%Forecasting models based on AI and statistical approaches, alongside the contact centre and distribution. Forecasting will be on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, largely based around forecasting labour vs KPI targets, and the relevant departments affected.Reporting, performance review, analysis - 30%Creating and publishing reports to stakeholders and business managers in order to implement the service through to Resource Planning and Operations Managers.Development of forecasting methods and continuous review - 30%Alongside relevant stakeholders, consider and implement changes to forecasting and targets as needed in order to help in the seamless running of business. Discussion and review in order to implement transformations in order to help excel previous company KPI's.Operational Support - 10% Meeting with other operational teams in order to improve service, costs and workload across the business.Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills; both verbally and writtenInnovative with customer focusTime management skillsResults focused and driven, with the mentality of working together in a teamInterested?
