Procurement Administrator (Retail)

Market Rate (initial 6 months)

We are looking for a Procurement Administrator (Retail) for one of the world's most famous retailers based in London.

The ideal Procurement Administrator (Retail) will have extensive experience within a procurement or commercial IT department as an Administrator. If you have a Junior Buyer or

Retail background - this would be highly advantageous.

*Preparing, checking and filing contracts

*Responsibility for raising purchase orders

*Processing invoices

*Processing E-mails and calls

*Preparing and managing data

*Conducting research and analyses for project managers

*Liaising with suppliers and maintaining relationships with Key Account Managers

*Setting up user accounts for the Procurement department

*Processing and administration of Procurement related topics and tasks

Skills

*Some administrative experience

*A strong multi-tasker who genuinely enjoys working to schedules and deadlines

*Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations

*Good experience in Microsoft Excel and Word

*An excellent communicator with exceptional organisational abilities

*An unwavering eye for detail supported by good literacy and numerical skills

*Motivated and proactive with an eagerness to learn and develop
