Could you lead on our business systems and applications strategy?

A new role at Crisis leading our business systems and applications strategy. Primarily responsible for the Crisis supporter CRM system, this key role will be expected to ensure our CRM in respect of both function and data is continuously developed to supporter engagement.

The role joins at an exciting time as Crisis looks to refresh it's CRM platform and innovate in it's use of data to promote supporter experience.

The role will also work closely with product owners for other applications in Crisis such as case management, document management, finance and human resource systems to advise on good practice in terms of application development and data management.

The role reports into the Head of Data and Technology at Crisis. About you

You must have extensive experience working with CRM's from both a power user and management perspective. You should be familiar with all the business issues associated with charity, fundraising, member or supporter CRM's such as staff adoption, marketing/fundraising process and supporter journey/experience but your core skills will be in the management of the product/portal including application development, data model development, data management, dashboards and reporting within the toolset.

Ideally you have led or project managed a key role in the adoption of a new for a recognised charity or not for profit. Familiarity with Microsoft toolsets including Office 365 advantageous.

You will be excited about the world of digital and the key role of CRM and other business systems play in supporting digital transformation of charities along with the value of well managed data when used ethically and with respect to people's privacy.
