Systems Analyst - Systems Support - Retail Ecommerce East Midlansd based, systems analyst needed for a growing retail brand.Client DetailsGrowing global retail brand based in the East Midlands.DescriptionThe System Support Analyst is responsible for the provision of software support for the company's core applications, especially the ERP system (SyscomERP). Application issues are reported to IT via a Service Desk system and the job holder is responsible for analysing the root cause, replicating it and efficiently managing the issue through to resolution. The role also includes testing of any software changes and providing training for the users of the core application and the development of system reports.
