Project Manager Who will you be working for? With a wealth of experience to draw on through working with customers from a variety of sectors including Media, Banking and central Government, Reed Professional Services (RPS) understands the broad scope of project managing software design, build and development programmes that are end solutions focused. Our emphasis is on developing quality from the outset, testing at every step to keep both budget and deliverables on track. What will you be doing? You will be working as part of an RPS project team across a number of our Customer's audience-facing websites and applications, making improvements in line with Project demands. Tasks will include:Lead and co-ordinate the scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating & planning of the projectApply oversight and evaluate, anticipate, monitor and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, interdependencies and changes, escalating those outside tolerance, if appropriateProject Reporting via weekly reports and in fortnightly steering meetingsTaking part in design sprints and giving input into prototypes and user testingIdentify and effectively communicate any resource requirements required to successfully deliver the Product RoadmapCompleting paper work for resource forecasting and actuals.Skills required for this role are below, please have the following with regards to: Experience: Experience of delivering digital transformation projects within agile environments across web and mobile, managing multiple workstreams and leading successful software engineering teams of 10+.Skills: Strong understanding of AWS and associated tools, understanding of leading technologies with regards to website and mobile development.
