Role Purpose We're looking for a person with previous experience of working as a User Researcher within an organisation across a variety of digital products, projects and public-facing services. You will be our lead user researcher, working closely with colleagues in the Digital Services team to identify ways of improving online experience for our users. Qualifications and Skills Extensive experience of user centred design practices for web, service or software Experience of designing, facilitating and analysing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative user research methods. Proven experience of working in an agile development environment to create new digital products and service Proven experience of introducing and establishing user research practices in an organisation Detailed knowledge of NRW's remit, roles, policies and priorities in order to drive the best digital approaches for our customers. Ability to take complex user journeys and processes and make them simple. Articulate and persuasive, you will be able to make your case and explain your decisions.
