Global Service Desk Analyst / ITIL / 1st Line / Incident Management Teesside / Wynyard£27k + bonus + benefitsReed Technology have been tasked to source a further candidate for the role of Global IT Service Desk Analyst / ITIL / 1st Line / Incident Management in partnership with a large global organisation.The successful candidate will have a broad IT Infrastructure background with a knowledge of a number of the following:Windows domains / Active Directory / Internet / Hardware / Lotus Notes / MS Office / Windows 7 / Storage / Network / Security / Global Business Applications.In addition to the above, candidates will have a strong service delivery focus and excellent communication skills with prior experience working within an IT Shared Service Centre or larger environment.
