Role: IT Manager

Contract: 3 Months

Location: Nottingham

Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a leading public sector organisation based in Nottingham. The client requires an IT Manager to oversee their large scale IT Service Delivery teams within the business for the next 3 months.

Skills & Experience Needed:

*Significant experience managing large scale ICT Service Delivery teams

*Experience implementing an IT Service Management standards-based support service

*Experience managing multi-disciplinary ICT teams

*Experience managing a portfolio of projects using a recognised methodology

*Experience managing budgets for pay, non-pay and capital

*Experience developing and agreeing service levels and KPIs

*Experience producing audience appropriate reports and presentations to all levels within the organisation

*Highly numerate with the ability to analyse and present statistical data relating to ICT Services performance

*Experience of IT equipment & licence procurement in the public sector

*Experience developing ICT strategies

*Experience rolling out Office 365 across an organisation

*Proven ability to rapidly absorb, understand and interpret new technical information

*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels

*Strong team management skills including target setting and performance management

*Ability to take strategic lead, and full responsibility for significant resources

*The ability to demonstrate flexibility and be able to adapt quickly to changing operational needs
