An independent software engineering company based in York City are looking for an experienced lead software developer to join their rapidly growing team. The company itself has grew over 50% within the past year, which speaks for itself in showing the direction of the business. You will be working across multiple platforms, including mobile, web and desktop, and will lead a team of 4 developers. The role with expect you to be a 70% hands on developer, and 30% technical lead. You will have great time management, as responsibilities will involve leading the development team by scheduling and prioritings teamwork loads, as well as mentoring junior developers in coding and live technology projects.

Requirements for the role include experience in the following: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, C++. Front-end web development, a deep understanding of data manipulation, databases and mobile development experience is also required.

You are required to have 2 years team lead experience, including experience of mentoring junior developers.
