Start the New Year in a new role! We are urgently looking for a support analyst to Join us in time for the New Year!We are providers of a bespoke software application which aids government and councils nationwide with the democratic process. Based in Warrington our fast-paced help desk requires a 1st line support analyst to join the team. You will be the first point of call for the users of our bespoke software arranging first-time fixes, working through tickets and raising more technical issues to the correct line of support.
You could be a graduate straight out of university looking for your first role in IT or you could have been working in support previously and crave a new challenge and environment. Whether you have experience of working in a customer-facing role or have a background in support, we're interested in speaking with you!
Hours 9am - 5:30pm
Pension 6%
Holidays 20+ Bank holidays.
