Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer. This is a 3 Month initial contract based in Cheltenham.
2nd Line Support, you will be the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests. You will provide 2nd line support and will be responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and service delivery demands.
Key responsibilities include:
* Previous experience mentoring and overseeing junior staff members
* Manage and prioritise all 2nd line incidents and requests according to defined SLAs.
* Deploy desktop computers and peripherals.
* Troubleshooting a range of technology and telephony issues.
* Support the set-up of new offices, sites or projects across the local region.
Experience Required:
* Experience working with Office 365/Azure
* Considerable experience of IT Service Management principles and processes.
* Experience of working in a similar 2nd Line Support Role
* Solid understanding of hardware and software asset management processes
* A valid Driving license is essential as travel will be required to other offices
* Strong business focus and customer service skills
* Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
