Workplace Change Consultant required to work on a broad range of transformations across Media, FS and Education clients.Client DetailsSpecialist Workplace management consultancy based in East London working across a broad range of high profile clients across Europe. They are expanding their offering and looking to grow their technology led transformation capability.DescriptionThe Workplace Change Consultant will be responsible forShaping and leading transformation projects for high profile clients Managing key client relationships, exceeding their expectations and looking for opportunity to increase comemrcial return Managing the onsite stakeholder environment and building relationships of trust; bringing simplicity to complex situationsDevelop and improve the transformation offering of the consultancyBe an ambassador for the consultancy both onsite and through networking and business developmentProfileTo be considered for the role of Workplace Change Consultant, you will need to be able to demonstrate:Excellent change management skills gained from a broad range of transformations inc technology ledStakeholder management experience including the ability to influence and impress board-level customersAbility to work autonomously and take accountability for delivery under pressureA broad range of transformation experience is required- Exposure to establishing any of the following principles or methodologies are highly advantageous: Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six SigmaExperience of working in a start up or similar transferable experience of working in a stand alone role is essentialExposure to a workplace transformation is requiredStrong business analysis skills are requiredProven experience of working in a management consultancy is highly desirable but not essentialJob OfferWorkplace Change Consultant : £60,000 - £80,000 base salary + benefits + flexible working
