Compliance Officer - Home based

£40000 - £55000 per annum

Client is a growing Broker in their search for a Compliance Officer. This is a home based role with travel across the South East (2/3 on client site a week).

My client are going through an exciting time of growth and the business model they follow is all through extensive growth through mergers and acquisitions.

This will be a home based role where you will visit a number of independent brokers and become a trusted partner to them on any Compliance support required.

The first aspect of the role will be to complete due diligence reviews on any potential firms and then provide your findings and regulatory reports back to the Group function. Client due diligence or M&A experience is a prerequisite for this role.

Your secondary responsibility will be to implement the Risk and Compliance framework and play an active role in the delivery the on site Compliance Monitoring framework / capabilities.

General Insurance or broking experience is required for this role and you must have a full driving license.
