IT Support AnalystA brand new and exciting role has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to work within a tight-knit team delivering a first class technical support to both their Head Office and 100+ Nationwide stores (based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire). You will have previous experience in 1st line support, strong skills and knowledge around all thing's IT support, and be confident identifying and resolving issues relating to; Windows 10, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP Networking, and other general IT issues.As the IT Support Analyst, you will help provide support for all systems providing expert knowledge where possible and acting as the 1st line support for the head office and nationwide stores. The team are passionate about delivering a high level of customer service so strong communication skills are vital. In return, excellent training and support is at the core of this business and the IT team is given an annual development budget to be used on your self-development, investing in training courses, webinars, events ect. to help you enhance your skillset.Skills required for the IT Support Analyst:Proven background within IT technical supportKnowledge of Active Directory and ideally Space ManagerPrevious experience of working within the retail, wholesale or distribution sector.A passion for technology, with a keenness to learn new skills and progress your careerAble to occasionally work evenings and weekends.This is a great opportunity for an intelligent and ambitious IT Support Analyst to join a hugely successful organisation, with opportunities to progress your career and further your knowledge and skillset.
