2nd Line Support/ Telephony/ VOIP/ CommunicationsLocation: SunderlandSalary: £25,000Skills: Telephony/ Mobile/ 2nd line/ VOIP This family run international company are looking for a 2nd Line Communications Engineer to join their Infrastructure team in Sunderland. You will support the Voice and Data Systems, Services and Hardware and will liaise with remote engineers to support the configuration and installation of equipment and ensure devices are monitored.This company invests heavily in empowering their individuals to achieve the best of their ability by identifying appropriate training and giving them the chance to actively contribute to, and engage in, the future strategic direction of the company.You will have commercial experience supporting network / telecommunications services in a 2nd Line position. Further experience of supporting Telephony Services and Mobile Devices on a Centralised / Integrated Telephony Platform would be an advantage.
