This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer as a Network Engineer based in Melksham on an initial 3-6 month contract.Client DetailsMy client requires a Network Engineer on an initial 3-6 month term.DescriptionThe successful Network Engineer will be responsible for:Working as part of a global team to provide support to organisation networksEnsuring service meetings established SLAsProducing low-level and high-level designs for network & security solutionsMonitoring network usage and planning upgrades and improvementsControlling implementation of any network changesDeveloping relevant documentation e.g. network diagrams, test documentation etc.ProfileThe successful Network Engineer will possess:Significant demonstrable experience as a Network EngineerRelevant qualification (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent experienceAbility to produce high-level and low-level designsAbility to research solutions that fit business requirementsStrong understanding of large scale networks and MPLSExperience of troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, wireless and Fortigate FirewallsExpert understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing protocols, Quality of Service, DNS, VOIP and VPNWillingness to travel occasionally to London/EMEAGood problem solving skillsJob Offer£300 - £350 per day dependent on experienceThis role is outside scope of IR35
