With a wealth of experience to draw on through working with customers from a variety of sectors including Media, Banking and central Government, Reed Professional Services (RPS) understands the broad scope of project managing software design, build and development programmes that are end solutions focused. Our emphasis is on developing quality from the outset, testing at every step to keep both budget and deliverables on track.RPS have been tasked with supporting a large scale exchange upgrade from Exchange 2010-Exchange Online & Office 365 services for 25,000 users for one of our Customers. The migration is due to commence early 2020. As we prepare for this, we are looking for an Exchange Specialist to join us ASAP to assist our clients team with supporting the current BAU environment to ensure readiness for the migration next year.The ideal consultant will have strong knowledge of Exchange 2010 and Lync 2013, and be comfortable with uncovering bugs and responding to server related incidents at speed. The consultant is expected to be hands on, paired with experience of managing the expectations of stakeholders and the ability to prioritise tasks based on project demands. Essential:Experience working with Exchange 2010 large scale, hybrid environmentsExperience with Lync 2013Recent support of server related incidents within SLA targetsMonitoring and escalating incidents where requiredRecent Powershell Scripting experienceExperience of facilitating workshopsProvide technical guidance to team members Desirable: Experience with Enterprise Voice for LyncUnderstanding of Microsoft Azure and associated featuresO365 experience Does this role sound like you?
