My client who is based in Cardiff is looking for a PMO Lead for an initial 6 month contract with the potential to extend.

Summary Description:

The PMO lead provides support for the project delivery, service and commercial functions in the administration of the contract for all transition, transformation and in-life activities. They are responsible for ensuring that delivery methodologies are being adhered to, that resourcing is aligned and in place and that appropriate reporting is produced to inform decision making.

The PMO will :-

*own and lead the activity to ensure delivery of contractual obligations

*own the specific top level PSBA BCP plan across Wales

*be the sole BT PSBA contact for the end Organisations for hosting requirements

*work as part of the PSBA Senior Leadership team in all activities to manage cost reduction, efficiencies and improvements aligned with contract challenges

*drive and implement better working practices ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Summarised in the formal Contract Management Plan agreed through the initial Milestone Deliverable the PMO will be responsible for the following activities:-

*Risk management,

*Change management

*Quality management

*Reporting

*Document management

*Communications

*Cost and resource tracking

*Establishing programme procedures

*Documentation - ensure this is in place and a process for updating is created and adhered to

*Ensuring the acceptance into service activities are appropriately completed

*Administration

*Benefits Management/Realisation tracking

*Lessons Learned

The PMO is also a member of the PSBA SLT, which comprises of:-

*PSBA Business/Commercial Director

*Client Service & Delivery Director

*Business Development Director

*Technical Director

*Key Programme Manager

*Comms & Marketing Manager
