Senior Power / Hardware Design Engineer - Reading -£60k+An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Power / Hardware Design Engineer to join an established organisation and contribute towards the design and development of Power Converters and Chargers from 100w up to 30kW.The Senior Power / Hardware Design Engineer will be joining a fast-moving innovative design team who have a reputation for solving demanding power Electronics design issues. Within this role the Power / Hardware Design Engineer will be expected to partake in the complete life cycle of the power supply design process, designing low and high voltages Switched-Mode Power Supplies for a variety of applications including chargersThe successful candidate will have a degree in electronics or other relevant qualification as well as a proven background in the following.DC-DC, DC-AC and AC-DC.SMPS Design.ORCAD/pSpice.On offer is a competitive salary plus benefits and the chance to work on innovative technology in an autonomous environment.
