IR35 Status: In ScopeWould you like to join a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation?Our client are at the forefront of innovation to address the entire breadth of opportunities in the evolving world of cloud, digital and platforms.What you'll do: Agile delivery manager to work on the client's Debt project.Take responsibility for the planning of key initiative and sprints, managing external dependencies, day to day management of 3rd parties, issues and risksSprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectivesManage cross-team communication and coordination to ensure that dependencies are understood and well managed in order to deliver the end product successfullyPrevent, identify and proactively removing blockers to enable progress of the SquadSupport planning delivery timelines with the engineering manager based on feedback and estimation from squad and identifying any potential disruptions before they become a problemWork alongside the relative internal support functions to manage and coordinate 3rd party negotiations for both new and existing contractsFacilitate the inception and delivery of new initiatives outside of your usual team domainReport to multiple stakeholders. It's important to ensure they are all aligned and expectations are well managedRequired skillsGood understanding of Agile principals, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies, along with a willingness to evolve these principlesExperience working with COTS system upgradesPublic Cloud migrations (Azure).Cross team and department communication is critical to delivery success and you will be at the forefront of making this happenExceptional leadership skills will ensure that you are seen as a role model and able to influence teams with your knowledge and experience of delivery and Agile ways of workingApproach-ability, open mindedness and an ability to work well with people at all levels of the business is at the heart of how we workClear, concise and influential communication using insightful reports and raising issues to stakeholders and keeping them up to date on a regular basis.Confident and credible when working with the leadership team.
