My client is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, someone to create reporting framework and set up the ground work for creation of Tableau reporting via Dashboards and scheduled reporting. The ideal candidate will help to ensure highest level of quality of a product being developed while working very closely with different stakeholders spread across globally.

Location - London

Duration - 6 Months

Rate - £500 - £580pd

Key Responsibilities:

1.Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions

2.Crafting and executing queries upon request for data

3.Presenting information through reports and visualization

4.Collaborate and work closely with business partners to understand the functional requirements and develop reporting solutions tailored to the business needs

5.Translate business needs to technical specifications

6.Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)

7.Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses

8.Create visualizations and reports for requested projects

Skills required:

1.Hands on technical expertise in Tableau / Qlikview technologies

2.Proven experience as BI developer

3.Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining

4.Understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework

5.Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

6.Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.

7.Team player, good on communication with Business Analysts or Traders, Highly Motivated, quick learner, general interest in Equity/Equity Derivatives Trading Business.

8.Exposure to Equities business

9.Must have worked in Agile

10.Must have good analytical & logical skills

11.Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication
