Skills:

*Server installation and removal

*Patching and data cabling - a wide knowledge of patching techniques would be advantageous including copper and fibre cabling

*A broad knowledge of different fibre patching

*Maintain documentation including rack elevation drawings, floorplans and patching schedules

*A knowledge of supporting M&E including power distribution, UPS's, cooling systems and generators

*Liaising with stakeholders effectively

*Ensuring that our Estates team meet their obligations for servicing equipment and testing the emergency generators

*Deputising at change management and business continuity meetings
