Lean Six Sigma Process Engineering Manager supports Customer Operations by identifying key Business Process Improvement opportunities and delivering a portfolio of improvements through process re-engineering and automation. The delivery of this portfolio of work results in augmented efficiency (including automation solutions), reduced cost, improved sustainability and maximized return on investment
Responsibilities: Generate ideas from multiple sources and mobilizes around these ideas to quantify their value, implement the improvements that add the most value to the business through both technology and process re-engineeringOwns the operationalization of new features/ functions to ensure new client facing solutions scale & deliver first time right every timeGoverns the process from ideation through to implementation and control ensuring project progress is appropriately managed with benefits realized and signed off by the businessManages major programs and projects across customer operations in a way that adds rigor and transparencyRecognizes and rewards best in class examples of driving the continuous improvement culture from our peers within Customer Operations COE'sLeverages six sigma/lean capabilityActs as a champion across Customer Operations to drive continuous improvementWorks in collaboration with Project Management and GovernanceEnsures a close partnership with Performance Excellence capabilities around data exchange and KPI measurementsEngages cross functionally with Technology on information exchange, requirement planning

Essential Skills and Qualifications:Degree educatedProcess optimization experience (can have been informal as part of wider roles and responsibilities, but must be demonstrable if so)Certified as a Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt with practical experience in large scale Lean Management along with practical experience in coaching, facilitation, Lean deployments and Lean projects
Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications:Investment / Corporate Banking or Financial Services experienceExperience in management consultancyTarget operating model (TOM) experienceProcess modelling experienceRobotics automation experienceAI and machine learning experienceAwareness of industry recognized process automation tool sets / capabilitiesKeen interest in automation and innovative process optimization solutions
