The Company:A production company located near Swords, Dublin are expanding one of their in house development teams by adding a .NET Developer to their team. They have several offices throughout the world and have a great working culture! Over the last 5 years the team has grown from a team of 3 to 12 back end focusing .NET Developers.The Role:They require a .NET Developer to join their team to work on a major project that will migrate their system to a cloud based platform. The Developer in question will develop and maintain brand new APIs whilst also being involved with the Cloud DevOps. It will suit anyone who has a real passion for back end development.The Progression:If you would like to lead a team or progress into an architectural role, this is a great opportunity for you. From the start you will take ownership and responsibility of your work. The company have never hired a Team Lead or Architect as they feel they are able to progress developers into these kind of roles. Progression is a big policy for this company as they do not believe in hiring for Lead roles or Managerial roles if they have the talent within the business.The Candidate:The successful candidate will be expected to work on a tech stack consisting of - C#, .NET, Web APIs, Azure, Angular, JavaScript and SQL Server. If you are not experienced in all of these do not worry as there is lots of room for training and up skilling. The important thing to remember hear is that although you will be working with some front end technologies and liasing with Front End Developers and Designers, this role suits someone who has a passion for creating functional APIs, developing Databases and Deploying Azure cloud platforms. Technologies:To be honest the tech stack is going to be flexible, as you will hold ownership on projects, you will have a lot of say and recommendations on what technologies you want to implement. You will be responsible for making sure modern technologies are implemented within the development work. Package:In return for your great work you will receive a competitive salary of up to EUR60,000, a company bonus and regular pay reviews that are not subjected to time.
