Do you have experience of managing a team who build electrical control panels or electrical systems or wiring/ building electrical machinery?

Are you looking where you will lead a team and be given full autonomy to stamp your mark within your own department?

This company a growing international establishment that specialise in the creation of bespoke state of the art music studios across the globe - they have goals to expand the company further throughout Europe and the United States over the next year or so.

In this role you will be managing a small team of skilled electrical engineers within the Bristol based workshop, manufacturing bespoke power and lighting products fit for studios worldwide. The role will entail leading a team of production technicians, managing projects and scheduling workloads, developing electrical products and being hands on when required, liaising with the manufacturing and R&D departments, carrying out occasional site visits with optional international travel.

The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical production, ideally with lighting products or systems, have a fundamental understanding of electronic principles, have the ability to demonstrate managerial/supervisory experience and be computer literate, AutoCAD experience would be a bonus!

The Role:*Manage a team of 5 production technicians in the manufacture of power and lighting products

*Based within the Bristol workshop

*Oversee the production process to ensure high standards

*Carry out occasional site visits

*Liaise with the manufacture and R&D departments

*Background in electrical building/ production

*Knowledge of lighting products/systems (desirable)

*Background in a workshop/production environment

*Computer literate (AutoCAD experience is a bonus)
