This Microsoft Gold Partner based in Swindon is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their expanding team.

Demonstrating excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills, you will be expected, with the support of Project Managers and Software Specialists, to manage, coordinate and support the delivery of multi scale projects.

You will take a lead role in the definition and documentation of project requirements and activities, whilst also identifying project resources and assigning responsibilities for the project(s). You will also create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Working closely with relevant stake holders, both internally as well as externally, you will help ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s), regularly review project status and communicate required and relevant corrective actions.

Previous experience of working within a project environment and an understanding of project methodologies is essential. Experience in the ERP sector is desirable and experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be of considerable benefit.

As you will be liaising with customers and working on their sites, you will need to have a personable manner and have a valid driving license.
