Application Support Engineer (Windows SaaS 2nd / 3rd line). Are you a French speaking Application Support Engineer looking for a new challenge? You could be joining a global business in London as they expand into France.
As an Application Support Engineer you will support customers on the core product; a video streaming software application that enables online interactive teaching and training. You'll be the primary contact for any support issues arising working directly with clients at all business levels; you will prioritise support tickets and manage the ticket escalation process working closely with engineering to report and track software bug resolution and diagnose nuanced performance issues spanning multiple software components.
You'll be based in a vibrant area of North London, collaborating with an upbeat team.
Requirements:
Fluency in French and English language
strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Experience of supporting SaaS or web applications on an enterprise scale
Good technical knowledge of Windows Server 2008 / 2012, IIS, SQL
Customer focussed, collaborative
