Configuration Manager

We are looking for a Configuration Manager for one of the world's most prestigious retailers based in London.

The ideal Configuration Manager will have extensive experience in defining the configuration management processes, standards, tooling & audit the configurations across the environments.

Any experience within the retail experience would be extremely advantageous

Initial focus areas

? Build a CMDB including a service catalogue to at least level 1 and 2, extend if

possible.

? Work in collaboration with external teams to compile a heatmap of the standards

suppliers have in place and identify where the gaps are.

? Define CM standards that need to be applied to suppliers including naming

conventions, source code management, tools, and clarity on ownership of source

code, and roll these out.

? Define the end to end process for managing configuration changes and have this

agreed and implemented by partners and internal teams.
