IT Support OfficerHartlepool 3 Month Contract£12 PAYE / £15 umbrellaENHANCED DBS REQUIREDOur client based in Hartlepool is looking for an IT Service Desk Officer on a first-line basis to join their busy team on an initial 3 month contract.PRINCIPAL DUTIES:- To provide a first point of contact via the IT & Estates Service Desk to ensure incidents and requests are logged in a timely manner, with outstanding customer service.- To provide pro-active, high quality technical support and guidance to all College stakeholders.- To support the production of reports and statistics relating to the function of the IT & Estates Service Desk and support continuous service improvement within the department.- To support the College strategic plan, departmental improvement plans and IT policies and processes or procedures and to take appropriate responsibility for the implementation of IT security procedures.If this position is something that would be suited to you please submit your CV ASAP to avoid disappointment.
