Our client, a multinational information technology organisation and one of the top 10 largest employers in the world across all sectors is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Functional Lead with experience of leading the delivery of multiple Oracle HR Cloud implementations, with strong functional Core HR SME knowledge.

They are at the forefront of new technology and innovation, constantly setting as well as breaking the mould on boundaries within the technology and business sector.

Essential skills and experience

You must have delivered and implemented the whole Oracle HR suite previouslyYou must be conversant of all the modules of HR and how they come togetherYou will need to have experience of at least one delivery on a cloud implementation, however the more the betterYou will ideally have experience in a finance implementation as well so they appreciate the link between finance and HRYou will need to have very strong functional core knowledge to appreciate HR and finance dependencies and how they work togetherYou will be working in a relatively large team in excess of 15 team members.

The successful candidate will hold active SC clearance, or be eligible and willing to undergo the relevant checks.
