Scrum Master - .NET Core / AWS Cloud Projects

£40000 - £60000 per annum

A large Software organisation based in Central Manchester is looking a Scrum Master with a previous technical background e.g. testing / software development / business intelligence etc. The organisation is offering the Scrum Master £40,000 - £65,000 depending on experience plus a large benefits package including bonus.

The company are leaders in their market and the largest of their kind in the UK, 3rd largest in Europe. They are an organisation constantly investing in technology and acquiring smaller up & coming software companies meaning this is an everchanging role which you will not become stagnant in.

The role of the Scrum Master: You will be working in the newly formed Manchester Engineering team, acting as a coach and mentor to one of their self-organising pods. You will help ensure that the product backlog is effectively managed, facilitate events/ceremonies and work to remove impediments/blockers. You will work across teams to help improve Agile processes and promote a culture of experimentation.

Key skills required

* 2+ years experience in Agile Delivery

* Experience acting as a leader, coaching and empowering Scrum teams

* Experience using Agile task management software such as Jira

* Good understanding of the Software development lifecycle

* Experience working with team using TDD and pair programming
